Aleksander Znosko-Czarnecki, MA – Global Digital Marketing Manager at Sandoz, founder of AZC Consulting and lecturer at Kozminski University, Wrocław University of Economics and KSAP (National School of Public Administration). An enthusiast of strategic management in marketing with several years of experience in commercial and social projects. Holder of the DIMAQ Professional certificate and graduate of the 12th edition of the PAGA Foundation's Academy of Healthcare Leaders.

Passionate about science, preparing to start doctoral studies and an MBA programme. Graduate of master's studies at the Kozminski University (Strategic Management in Marketing and Project Management) and the University of Economics in Wrocław (Management in the Modern Economy). He also expanded his education in the area of Sustainable Development at HTW Dresden.

During her career, Aleksandra cooperated with a number of foreign and domestic investors, both entering the Łódź market and those that were just developing. She coordinated investment processes for many well-known global brands as a high-level representative of the public sector (Director of the Investor Service Office in the City of Łódź Office, which she co-created and in the Łódź Special Economic Zone).

Aleksandra is a specialist in the field of acquiring and servicing and advising investors in the modern business services sector. Has extensive and thorough knowledge regarding support for the development and activity of investors in areas such as: employer branding, profiling or employee mapping, image promotion.

She possesses extensive experience gained in renowned international corporations, including leading advisory firms such as PwC Poland, Bain & Company, Kelly Services, and Manpower. Her previous roles focused on HR, recruitment, global project management, and office management.
She is an expert in talent acquisition for the outsourcing industry and in managing volume recruitment projects. Furthermore, she specializes in recruitment for the consulting sector across both Poland and Europe. She leverages her knowledge and expertise as a Client Advisor, significantly influencing the development of the Shared Services Center (SSC) sector in Poland. Since April 2017, she has served as a Managing Partner at HCIT Masters Advisory, and she has been a Pro Progressio "Biały Tygrys" (White Tiger) since September 2017.

Izabela manages RPO division in Devire - the recruitment company, implementing volume projects related to the construction of new investments or expansion of existing ones, among others for the GBS / SSC / BPO sector. She has 16 years of experience in the field of investment marketing, cooperation with investors from Poland and abroad as well as in project management. For the past 14 years, mainly associated with the Shared Services sector on the Polish market. Currently, she is responsible for developing cooperation and building strategic partnerships with clients, suppliers and BSS industry associations.

Evaluates, researches and introduces new solutions and business opportunities in the field of HR for clients in the Shared Services sector. She is an expert in the field of human resources analysis, process improvement and reduction of employment costs. She cooperated and implemented projects for companies from the ICT, Financial, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Retail, Industrial, Energy and public sectors.

Maciej is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk, specializing in Economic Diagnosis and Enterprise Operation. He also completed postgraduate studies in sales management at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. He is Pro Progressio White Tiger since May 2018

Graduate from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk. Expert in investment advisory with over 15 years of experience in attracting investors. Co-author of the concept of Invest in Pomerania initiative. Since March 2017 in Torus. At the moment Director of Leasing Department managing the team that stands behind the lease and promotion of office and warehouse space in all the investments of the company.

Mariusz founded and has been supervising the CBRE branch in Gdańsk for 13 years. He has over 20 years of experience in the Tri-City market. He graduated in International Economic Relations. During that time, he advised on lease transactions for over 0.6 million m2 of office space. A native inhabitant of Lublin and enthusiast of eastern Poland. Graduated in economics from Maria Curie Sklodowska University, where he was a member of the academic staff for ten years. For five years he was responsible for developing the IT industry and attracting new investors from the BSS sector to Lublin. Currently at Cushman & Wakefield he is advising on the commercial office property market in eastern Poland. He is passionate about geopolitics, exploring the world on a recumbent bike and home brewing.
He joined the Pro Progressio White Tigers in June 2019.

Michał is a lawyer and independent consultant specializing in communication, language consultancy, and business development, with experience working at the intersection of law, finance, and the international business environment. Since 2020, he has been running his advisory practice under MK Advisory, focusing on specialist translations, language localization, and corporate communication. He has collaborated with organizations from the energy, financial, IT, start-up, and business services sectors, delivering projects that require precise legal and business communication, including for companies operating in regulated market environments. At the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), he supported foreign investors planning to enter and expand their operations in Poland, with particular focus on the Business Services Sector (BSS). He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Exeter and an LL.M. in Commercial and Company Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Experienced Executive in global fintech markets. Former Board Member of PMI and ABSL in Poland. Mentor and coach for European startups. Worked with Optiva, Nokia, Siemens, BBC, and Softserve on projects for Fortune 500 customers. Graduated from the Opole University of Technology, Abertay University in Dundee, and doctoral studies in the field of Strategic Management from the University of Economics in Wroclaw. Successfully grew Softserve to over 1200 associates and 7 locations in Poland, with one successful acquisition under his belt.
He joined the Pro Progressio White Tigers in October 2018.

For over 30 years, he has managed sales at leading companies in the IT and Telco sectors (including AB SA, COMARCH CDN, Energis Polska, GTS Poland, and 3S SA). As the CEO of the 3S Group (Telco & DC), he was responsible for the development of the data center cluster, the acquisition of external IT companies, and the exit process (sale of the organization) to the telecom operator Play. As a Managing Partner at Level2 VC, he invested in young technology startups, which he continues to support in their commercialization efforts. He is an expert in sales, incentive systems, and team building. He holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Electronics at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He also completed postgraduate studies in "Business Psychology for Managers" at Kozminski University in Warsaw, as well as a "Trainer and Coach" program at the Tischner European University in Krakow.

Head of Procurement Operations at PMI

For the last 13 years working in Business Service Sector environment executing different managerial and project roles. Przemysław has been leading different local and global teams across various industries and multi processes including Finance, Procurement, Master Data and Customer Experience. Currently in role of Head of Procurement Operations at PMI. In private life he is happy and proud father & husband, also passionate about football and his lovely Golden Retriever friend.

A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics with a specialization in: Capital Investments and Financial Strategies of Enterprises. Co-Founder and Board Member at Rebench. Working as a Project Manager, he coordinated and supported the largest sales projects in Poland. In the following years he was responsible for creating sales activities, mainly in southern Poland. He has been coordinating a number of seling processes to BPO / SSC / ITO market. He is responsible for creating a new concept of approach to the industry, based on the creation of interdisciplinary teams combining sales, HR and marketing activities with professionals from these areas. He joined the Pro Progressio White Tigers group in June 2018.

He has always been interested in IT, sales, marketing and related topics. Thanks to this mix, he is up to date on technical solutions and marketing. Szymon went through the career path from a Junior IT Specialist through an IT Systems Administrator, where he coordinated large projects in the international company Exact Systems, operating in 14 countries around the world. After 10 years, this path led him to his own business and since 2018 he has been an entrepreneur - the owner of R88.pl, i.e. Internet Services Studio.

Since 2019, he has been organizing LinkedIn Local Częstochowa networking meetings. From 2020, he is a member of the Management Board of the Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers in Częstochowa. Szymon actively participates in the life of the Skra Business Lounge business club at the 1st league Sports Club SKRA Częstochowa.

From November 2021, he joined the group of White Tigers - Pro Progressio Ambassadors, whom he represents in Częstochowa.
